Wraithguard: Expensive, and prone to shuffle around aimlessly unless you put a Warlock with them, but their Wraithcannons are absolutely devastating. Load them up in a Wave Serpent to get hem into firing range quickly.ĭire Avengers: Great "line" troops who have a good armor save, a good medium range gun, and good all-around stats. Get into combat quickly though, they don't stand up well against concentraed fire.įire Dragons: Use these troops if you need to deal with tanks or heavily-armored troops at close range. This aspect though intimating me has intrigued me because it would require careful planning and use of my armies in a battle. The Eldar look like a much harder army to play and master because of the specific use of their units. I want to play either the Imperial Guard or the Eldar because I find myself interested in them both greatly for different reasons. I've looked into all the armies and I've reach a crossroads.
